TIVCAT stands for Three Identity Values Conflict Analysis Tool.
It's a practical Tool I developed during my studies and practice as a Mediator and Cross Cultural Relations and International Conflict Management student (see my credentials and diplomas at my Pokyra Guest Website).
I help you identify those often hidden Values Conflicts that you may or may not be aware of that are no doubt driving your life and many of your conflicts in life.
This TIVCAT Tool will help you to quickly identify and categorize these Values and to assess your 3 general options you can use to make more wise decisions. Learning the TIVCAT will help you to be better prepared for the NEXT Values Conflict in any area of life because literally EVERYTHING in life always leads back to at least some ascribed or assumed Value of whatever it is in your life you are "doing" or living with ... the Absolute Values, the Mixed Values and Non-Absolute Values we all have but don't always consciously acknowledge.
Understanding these often hidden sources of conflict can lead to better Values Conflict Management and hopefully a more balanced and healthy view of what means the most to you when you choose to be honest and open about them.
Then, of course, it helps to know what does NOT mean that much to you.
